How do I bid?

Register by clicking on the 'Register here' link accessible from any page on the site and then complete the online registration form. You are also welcome to come into our showroom where we can personally register you.

Each of our lots has its own individual auction on our website. All Items are auctioned online in real time, typically for 7 days via this dynamic site. During this period the lots will be available for your inspection. If you are unable to visit our showroom you are welcome to contact us during office hours. One of our experts will be happy to answer questions with regard to the item and its condition. Professional condition reports are also available by request.

We ship internationally and can arrange shipping/insurance to most countries.

Winning an auction item:

Once you win an auction, you just go to Auction Atrium, login and go to your MyAA page. From here you can create your invoice, request a shipping quote and pay your invoice using our online payment system.

You can also pay and collect your items here at Auction Atrium 101B Kensington Church Street, London W8 7LN. We accept credit/debit cards or cash up to £5000. We also accept cheques but there is a waiting period of 10 business days before the items can be collected after we receive the cheque. 

Our buyers premium is 24.0% including VAT.

The terms of settlement are 7 days from the end of the auction.

How do I sell?

An Auction Atrium expert will be available to discuss your consignment during office hours. Auction Atrium will value your item(s) and then catalogue, photograph and upload them. The item(s) are then visible on the website and for public viewing in our showroom(s) typically for 7 days.

Track the progress of your consigned items on the Auction Atrium website conveniently from your home or office.

Our sellers commission and handling charge per each lot is as follows (excluding VAT):

Lots that sell for below £3000 15% of the hammer price
Lots that sell for above £3000 15% on the first £3000, and 10% on the remainder up to the hammer price
All lots are subject to a handling charge of £15 per auction.
